Apply for Vietnam's online e-Visa with expert help on forms, photos and entry ports, so your Indian passport is travel-ready without any embassy visit.
Indian passport holders need a visa to visit Vietnam, and for most trips the easiest route is the official e-Visa. It is applied for entirely online, can be issued for stays of up to 90 days, and is available as single or multiple entry. There is no need to visit an embassy or submit your original passport. Once approved, you simply print the e-Visa and present it at your chosen international airport, land border or seaport on arrival.
Audvik Tours and Travels makes the process straightforward. Our team checks your passport validity, crops your photo and passport scan to the required format, and fills in the application carefully so your name, dates and port of entry match your travel plans. We track the application until a decision is issued and send you the e-Visa ready to print. We can also arrange flights, hotels in Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City, and complete Vietnam holiday packages.
*Typical timelines after a complete application; the embassy may take longer. Fees depend on visa type and urgency — tap Get Quote for current charges.

Important things to know
Enter Vietnam only through the port of entry named on your e-Visa, and check that your name matches your passport exactly.
Choose the multiple-entry option if you plan side trips to Cambodia, Laos or Thailand and will return to Vietnam.
Apply at least two weeks before travel; processing can slow down around Tet (Lunar New Year) and peak holiday periods.
Approval is at the sole discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Department, so avoid non-refundable bookings until your e-Visa is issued.

Vietnam visa FAQs
Do Indians need a visa for Vietnam?
Yes. Indian citizens need a visa to enter Vietnam for tourism or business. Most travellers use the official e-Visa, which is applied for online and does not require an embassy visit. Once approved, you print it and show it along with your passport when you arrive.
How long does the Vietnam e-Visa take for Indians?
Processing typically takes 3–5 working days after a complete application is submitted. It can take longer during Vietnamese public holidays or busy travel seasons, so we recommend applying at least two weeks before your flight. Weekends and holidays in Vietnam are not counted as working days.
Can I stay in Vietnam for 90 days on an e-Visa?
The e-Visa can be issued for a stay of up to 90 days, either single or multiple entry. You must enter and leave within the dates printed on the e-Visa. Extensions inside Vietnam are not always possible, so choose the full duration you need when you apply.
Is travel insurance mandatory for a Vietnam visa?
Travel insurance is not usually a mandatory document for the Vietnam e-Visa. However, it is strongly recommended because medical treatment for foreigners can be expensive. Audvik can suggest a travel insurance policy that covers medical emergencies, trip delays and lost baggage for your dates.
Can Audvik book my flights and hotels in Vietnam too?
Yes. Along with your e-Visa, Audvik Tours and Travels can book flights from India, hotels across Vietnam, airport transfers, Ha Long Bay cruises and full holiday packages. Having everything planned together also makes it easier to fill in accurate dates and addresses on your visa application.
